In keeping with my commitment to community values, I only accept contributions from individuals, in amounts up to $250.

All contributions are greatly appreciated and will be used for campaign expenses such as yard signs and campaign flyers.

The law requires we collect information about contributors' employer and occupation.

If you don't have an employer or are retired, please put "N/A".
If you are self-employed, put "self-employed" in employer and describe your occupation.
